I've done a lot of corrective and preventative maintenance on this car as listed in the table below.  If you're looking for a Cayenne around this year and you don't buy mine. do yourself a favor and copy the list because most of it will need to be done.
 The car runs and looks great.  There are signs of minor chips on the front bumper. and the center bracket in the grill is cracked.  I've covered the center bracket with a vinyl carbon fiber wrap which covers the crack and makes the front look much more unified.  The grill looks really mean.  
There are a couple of other scratches and dings here and there but for a 12 year old car it looks really good.  
It's equipped with navigation that I've never gotten to work. I think that the problem might be a NAV TV I-phone interface that was added at some point in the past.  I use my cell phone which has better maps anyway but this should be relatively straight forward to fix.
There are 2 issues that need to be addressed at some point:The air ride height calibration needs to be completed using PIWIS -  Air ride functions perfectly and is fully adjustable - Doesn't affect drive-abilityThere is an intermittent CEL reported for the fuel vapor canister leak detector - Doesn't affect drive-ability I've updated the exhaust with a Cat Bypass kit and Hanks Hot Rod custom stainless muffler.  This does not sounds like a stock Cayenne. it has a beefy growl even at idle.
