1970 Porsche 911 T

I will truly miss this car. but we have a new baby and need the money.   If I didn't absolutely need to sell. I never would because I'm sure I'll never be able to own another.
 
For sale. 1970 Porsche 911T.   Buy this car as a great daily driver or as a restoration.

 It is currently painted in Porsche Guards Red. but could easily be restored to its original Signal Yellow color.   Overall it is in great shape with solid body panels. great panel fitment and with very little surface rust and no rust holes. The interior was replaced at some point. and it is updated with late 70's interior . but all the panels. etc are in great shape.   The outside trim. bumper guards. window frames were painted black at some point . but all are in good condition.   Also included is a spare wheel. jack and tool kit.    The numbers matching motor was rebuilt in the 90's and it starts. idles and runs strong.   This Porsche 911T is currently running Webers which I had rebuilt by Performance Oriented when I purchased the car.    The wheels are a set of newly refinished 14” RS style (satin) Fuchs with and a new set of Vredestein tires.   
 
The seats are currently from a later model. but I also have a set of period correct seats as well as some interior trim. door panels. door handles. etc for a future restoration.   The Odometer shows 64. xx miles. but I cannot say if it is accurate. A Certificate of Authenticity is provided that shows that it has the original engine. transmission. Signal Yellow color and black interior.

Please read eBay's "Retracting a Bid". If you place a bid before the last 12-hour period of the auction. you may retract the bid before the last 12-hour period only for exceptional circumstances. You will not be allowed to retract that bid during the last 12-hour period of the auction. If you place a bid during the last 12-hour period of the auction. you will be allowed to retract the bid for exceptional circumstances only if you do so within one hour after placing the bid.

Notice to Bidders

I reserve the right to cancel all bids and end the auction early should the vehicle no longer be available for sale. NOTE: This vehicle is for sale locally and I reserve the right to end the auction early if it should sell locally.

Financing

Not being able to arrange financing does not constitute a valid reason for deposit refund. So. be sure financing is in order or approved before placing a deposit on any car.

Buyer's Inspection

I have done my best to disclose all information known about this vehicle and will answer any questions to the best of my ability.   You are welcome to arrange a Buyer's Inspection. If you plan to have a Buyer's Inspection. please make sure you have the vehicle inspected prior to the end of the auction. Inspection arrangements and fees. if any. are the "Buyer's" sole responsibility.

Warranty

Unless stated otherwise. this vehicle is being sold "as is". No representations or warranties are made by the "Seller". nor are any representations or warranties relied upon by "Bidders" in making bids.

Payments

I will accept a Paypal. Certified Cashiers Checks. Bank Wire Transfers or Cash in person. For any type of check. I will not release the vehicle until funds have completely cleared the bank.   for a paypal transaction. I will have to add an additional 4% to the selling price to cover fees.   All funding or paperwork must be received as soon as possible and within no more than 7 days of auction closure or we reserve the right to re-list or sell to any other qualified buyer. Winning Bidder must confirm his winning bid with a $500. 000 Non-Refundable Deposit within 48 hours of auction end. Balance of Purchase Price is due to Seller within 7 days of the end of the auction.

Taxes and Fees

"Buyer" is responsible not only for knowing their own states' laws regarding taxes and fees. but also remitting the proper taxes. fees. and documents for their state.

Finalizing Your Purchase

Winning bidder MUST communicate with me by e-mail or phone within 24 hours of the end of the auction to make arrangements to complete the transaction. If I cannot confirm your intention to buy or the sale is not completed within 2 business days. I reserve the right to re-list this vehicle or sell to any other qualified buyer. Before the vehicle is released for shipment to the "Buyer". all sale-related and title-related paperwork must be signed and returned completed to the "Seller".

Shipping and Delivery

All shipping charges and arrangements are the "Buyer's" responsibility.  I assume no responsibility for damages incurred after the vehicle leaves my possession.
