Up for sale is a well preserved 1973 Porsche 911 T Targa in great shape and what a blast to drive. Original motor with 95k miles.  Call with any questions 8OI647IOI2. This car belongs to a friend who asked me to list it for him as he is not very computer savvy.  I have a number of old Porsches myself that I have collected over the years and would love to add this one to my collection but not good timing for me. So I hope it goes to a great home and is enjoyed for many years to come as it continues to climb in value.  The mileage is good and runs great.  Here are all the good things I know about it. Car has lived comfortably in Arizona for most of its life with (I'm told) 2 owners before it came to Utah where it has been regularly maintained and driven or started every couple months for years and years to keep things fresh.  In the mid 2000's the car was redone with an engine rebuild (engine shipped to California to a respected shop that specializes in Porsches) and $6. 14 later he had a new motor.  I actually have a file of receipts about 2 inches thick with service records and showing work done and parts replaced over the years going back in the 80's.  I stopped counting at $15. 00 in receipts and there are still more.  The paint was redone as well in a royal blue color but is not original color.  Among the receipts I found a hand written list of what looks like a list of repairs and restoration and who did the work as well as original color etc. I will take a picture of it and make it available for anyone who would like to send me their email address so I can send them another 50 pics of the car.  I have to have an actual address to send them to.   Document says it was "originally silver painted to cobalt blue. new rubber. AZ car with no rust. stored indoors always not driven in bad weather. engine rebuild/fuel injection rebuilt same time. new brakes/shocks/exaust/fuchs/trombone oil cooling system which keeps car at 180-200 degrees even in hot Arizona summer. Dino steering wheel (have original also included). new carpet (seats out of a toyota Supra). New clutch. Tranny redone same time as engine.  Mirrors. seats. steering wheel not original. "  Overall in very good condition.  Some things I noticed as I took pictures and looked the car over. Although paint looks great there are a few minor flaws from age (mostly tiny paint chips/cracks/ minor flaws).  Small oil leak (its a porsche). Battery is low but he said he will bring me a new one shortly so should have new battery.  Also. you would not hurt anybody's feelings if you removed the silver stickers from the guy who painted it and sorry. someone made a bad decision to put the hood pins through the hood also (can remove them also if interested.  The last thing I noticed was a tiny ding in the aluminum targa portion very small and right where the trunk attaches I see a couple flaws in the paint that appear to be a little repair from a very light tap where trunk latches and corner of trunk area but minor.  Tires are like new. Oh yes. there is a soft top as well that will go along with the car.  I do know where there are also a set of original seats available but they want $1200 (so could buy them for you if they are still available. ) Title is Arizona title and was issues to a previous owner in 1979 and have pics of that also in those other pics.  Oh yes. I did take a couple videos of the car running and driving and will try and figure out how to post it to this auction.  I will add it (it may take me a day or 3 to figure it out but will get it) and post it or the link.
Bid with confidence.  Please please make sure funds are in order and ready.
If you need a shipping quote. I happen to work in the freight business.  And although my company does not do auto transport.  I do have connections to some good transport companies and brokers and can get you quotes and will be very helpful to load (take pics of vehicle loading etc. ) and make sure that goes smoothly.  Will be happy to ship internationally also and have title in hand etc. so should be smooth. I found a company (Shumaker) who can get a car from Utah to europe for about $1500. Very cheap.   A general guestimate would be $500 to west coast. $750 give or take to midwest. and $1100 or so to East.  Couple thousand or so to some countries but would need specifics to get more accurate.  If you would like to have car inspected or inspect yourself I'll help in any way I can.  I do have the car listed locally for sale or trade for something interesting  and have had some decent offers.  I reserve the right to end auction early if the right local offer/trade presents itself.  Car is sold as is and because of its age can not offer warranty.  I have clean title in hand with no liens.  I know there will be several questions to answer so please feel free to contact me with any questions at 8OI647IOI2.  If your feedback is less than ten positive please do speak with me.  I have had very good luck with great buyers but in the past I have had issues with those not willing to follow through so please bid with confidence as I have made every opportunity available.  Deposit is nonrefundable to keep bidder/buyer serious. Thank you.
Just an FYI. For some new to ebay or not familiar. the make offer button means you are serious. ready to buy if offer is accepted. and ready with deposit and full funds within a week.  So only make offer if ready to buy.  Thx
