1942 Chev hotrod ratrod, custom chopped pickup (not ford, buick, dodge, bedford

Here I have a right hand drive australian delivered 1942 half ton chev pick up sitting on a 1946 3quater ton chassis with a 3inch chop. I have grafted a late model floor with all original bracing and seat belt mounting into the rod. ll the hard work is done just a few little things to finish it off. am into this fine machine for about $80K as it sits now. I will list the good things done and what is left to do for rego and engineering.

As you should all know the 1942 Chevy pick up came out with a single wined   out front window. well I have put a twist on mine. by making a split kombi style set up with 2 flip out windows

Custom 135 ltr fuel tank with all new Aeroflow fittings. psi. uel gage under the bonnet. plus Aeroflow fuel logs

New ADR approved lap seat belts

LJ steering coluom

LJ wirering harness

All new door handles. rubbers. washers. screws and stainless steel nuts and bolts

Custom front and rear bumpers. rear bumper come off and can be replaced with tow bar and ball

Just to clear up a few things I have had phone calls about. This is not a home made chassis. it is a 1946 three quarter ton chassis that was delivered as a right hand drive to Australia. it has been boxed with 3mm plate and the diff. motor. gearbox. and front cross member are all up grades to this model. so if I brought a new road registered 1942 Chevy truck and added all the above gear. it would only need these add ons certified. its note hard gents and why I'm at it this is an auction not a buy now so please stop asking
