2006 Mercedes-Benz CLK-Class Convertible

For sale is my 2006 Mercedes Benz CLk 350 Cabriolet Convertible.  It is a beautiful rare Pewter Metallic with Light Beige leather interior.  This is a great car for that weekend getaway or perfect gift for the new graduate.  It is a southeastern US car. and has been only owned in Georgia and South Carolina mi-lands.  There is and no rust or salt corrosion or nothern exposure.
The car is in excellent condition and is freshly serviced by M-B dealership. The car has options listed. plus 6-disc CD changer. Navigation system. Sirius Satellite Radio. 9-speaker Harmon Kardon Audio System. 10-way power adjustable driver & pasenger seats. custom floor mats.  convertible wind screen. two (2) factory M-B keys / remotes. all factory provided manuals and more.  
All service and maintenance has been exclusively performed by Mercedes-Benz dealership.  Recent mainrtenamce and service includes engine balance shaft and manifold replaced; new alternator; engine oil and filter change and chassis lube; and new battery.  New Brridgestone Potenza tires with ~8000 miles on them.  
The cars paint. leather. carpet. matts and top are all in excellent condition for age.  There are only a few of the ususal stone chips on front of hood. and a small scuff on front bumper below driver-side headlight.  
The enterior is in excellent condition.  carpet is clean and shows hardly any wear.  Leather seats. door panels and interior surfaces are clean. soft and damage free.  Floor mats are clean and in very good condition overall.  All windows and glass are excellent. and functions fully.  The convertible top functions flawlessly and is in excellent condition inside and out.
This car functions and drives 100%. and is ready for a new owner and the next 100K miles.  Engine is strong. smooth and smoke free.  The 7-speed automatic transmission shifts smoothly through all gears.  Th cars also gets excellent 20 / 27 mpg gas mileage with 269 hp. !

All maintenance records are avaiable and will be transferred to buyer at time of purchase.  As stated earlier. all maintenance and service work has been performed by Mercedes-Benz dealerships.  All scheduled and required service is current and up-to-date.  

AutoCheck reports a Minor-Issue accident with moderate damage that occured on 10/01/2015.  The damage was actually minor. and the result a low speed rear bump.  Damaged was the left rear tail light and radio receiver. which is housed in body panel behind the tail-light; and paint scuffs  to top of the rear bumper cover.  All repairs were preformed locally at areas best professional repair shop and in conjunction with Mercedes-Benz dealership shop.  All completed repairs were inspected and verified correct by Mercedes-Benz dealership. and is warrantied and gauranteed for life of vehicle.
