Hello. you are viewing my 1966 Lincoln Continental Convertible. with 89. 98 miles believed to be original. a local three owner car.
The paint (new quality paint job is 8 months old. brought to bear metal and painted base/clear) is wearing the original color dark metallic green.
The interior. black is in excellent condition.
New seats. carpets. trunk carpets (please excuse the dust and dirt. my vacuum just broke) dash. sun visors and door panels about 3 years old (as new).
The working top is also about 3 years (as new). in the past 12 months I had a new upgraded flap gear drive cover installed and rebuilt. I also had John Brewer (Brewer classics) rebuild the upper back panel limit switches and a gear box rebuild. Even the rear windows drop and raise 4 inches when the rear doors open!
Mechanically the car is EXCELLENT!!!!!!! Runs (no smoke). drives and shifts perfect. Recent work done in the past year. water pump. harmonic balancer. fuel pump. rear differential vent hose. fluids changed. front drag link. center link. steering bushings. and window switches have been cleaned. Tires and caps are in good condition.
Chrome is in original very presentable with some slight pitting. Drives very smooth and straight at a 100mph. I would not hesitate to drive this car on a 2000 mile road trip.
Besides the refurbishing that was done. this car is in excellent. original condition. when you look under the hood you can tell nothing has been rigged and looks correct.
The car is sold in “As Is Condition”.
