1963 Chevrolet Corvair for sale

Current customer rating: current rating for this car(2.15) based on 195 votes
For auction is a beautiful 1963 Chevrolet Corvair Greenbrier sport van. This vehicle came from Mesa. Arizona where it spent its entire life until I purchased it. It therefor had no rust issues. The excellent body was completely stripped and redone inside and out. The exterior finish is the typical Greenbrier two tone color pattern using upgraded base coat clear coat paint.  The interior was finished in the exterior accent color and reupholstered seats compliment the color selections.
An air cooled engine specialist in Hillsdale. Michigan rebuilt the engine and went completely through the drivetrain. all mechanicals. electrical. suspension. etc. The van has brand new tires on sandblasted and repainted rims. The van shows exceptionally well. I have only put about 100 miles on the van since the engine rebuild was completed however. we are selling our home and storage is no longer going to be available.
The vehicle is an absolute joy to drive and see peoples expressions and / or inquiries at the gas pump.
The Greenbrier is for sale locally so I reserve the right to end this auction early. Please see my 100% positive feedback on hundreds of transactions and. bid with confidence.

Hi

What a lovely van you have for sale. Though based in England my wife and I are keen to purchase a nice Greenbrier van and this one looks really nice. I saw the listing on Ebay but could not ask any questions for some reason.

We saw another van a few weeks ago but sadly it didn't go anywhere as it was clearly a scam sale. The seller wanted us to pay into some pretend Ebay/Paypal account and then we could inspect the car before it would apparently be shipped to us. It was all very dodgy, not helped because the van didn't seem to be located with the owner/seller. I later saw the genuine advert but the van was too expensive.

That person was unwilling to provide any kind of contact number so I could not discuss the van with them. Would you be able to provide a contact number? I'd be happy to call you to discuss the item in more detail, in particular the history and also work that you have carried out during your ownership.

I see the van is from Arizona originally but you are located in Michigan? Is it normal to retain the Arizona plate? What is the current title status?

I have experience of buying and shipping cars from the US so do not worry on that front! Though purchasing through Ebay does offer me more protection as a buyer.

Hope you can help?

Regards

Mark
