 This is my 2006 Chevrolet HHR LT  2. 2 Ecotec Automatic estate car-
The HHR (heritage high roof) was styled on an old 40's Chevy and has proved a popular seller in the US over the past few years.

I bought this car a year and a half ago as a cool aternative to the usual Volvo/BMW/ VW  estate cars that were needed. but uninspiring. Suffice to say the HHR has been a great car. nbsp; if a somewhat Marmite car - people tend to love it or hate it.

The car is really easy to drive and is pretty practical too - plenty of room without being the size of most American cars. The 2. 2 ecotec motor is pretty economical (onboard computer is accurate and it averages around 35 mpg)  it is a generic engine found in Saabs. Vauxhalls etc - so service items are easy to get hold of.

The interior is spacious and the driving position is pretty high giving a good feel on the road. It has Air Con. Cruise control. and Auto dimming mirrors. Auto lights and a host of other stuff you would expect to find on a modern car like remote locking (it even has a remote start facility)

The car is in good condition and importantly is excellent underneath too - 11 mth tax 10 mth MOT
It is a rare car in the UK. and the prices are usually between £8-12k for this year - If you can find one? I need to finance something fast hence the price .
