I found this Corvette sitting in a garage. Has not run in years. I purchased this car to restore mechanically and resell. It does need paint. It is very thin and checked. The fiberglass is in good shape but could use some cleaning up. The engine is a "CE" serial number 327. It was originally fuel injected. but has a Holley 4 barrel and intake. Block casting number 3959512. Cylinder heads are correct. Had to replace cam. lifters and valve springs on engine. Have receipts for everything I have repaired. rebuilt or replaced. Over $7. 00 invested in parts alone. Replaced interior trim panels and window seals. Most of the interior appears to be original.  New tires. I have put about 700 miles on the car since I got it running. I have a Word document with all the repairs listed if you would like it. The amp gauge and clock do not work. The temp gauge is not reading correctly. Working on those. The flywheel. clutch assembly have been replaced. Bell housing and transmission housing were cracked and repaired. so I replaced them. The original trans case is numbers matching so I saved it. Transmission is completely rebuilt with new bearings. seals and synchronizers. I have rebuilt the trans. rear axle. rear suspension. Brakes are all new. Rear axle is 3. 36 locker. All U joints are new. Rebuilt both rear trailing arms with new hubs bearings and seals. Replaced the tires. The 4 wheel alignment came out nice. Thrust line is at 0. 00 degrees. I installed new electrical harnesses from the firewall forward. Replaced the heater core. repaired the heater case. Cleaned and rebuilt the wiper motor. All exterior lamps work properly. There are photos of all the repairs made along the way. Also have replaced the battery. nbsp;fuel pump. fuel sending unit. steering rag joint. nbsp;rebuilt distributor and carburetor. new plug wires. Glass beaded exhaust manifolds. Engine was overhauled prior to me purchasing the car. I feel the guy I purchased the car from had problems getting it running right and gave up on the car since it needed so much work. It sat for at least 4 years in his garage. Everything that was overhauled or repaired by me was glass beaded and repainted if needed. All the rear suspension bushings and shock absorbers were replaced. Rear drums are new along with front hub bearings and all lug nuts. The hood is an aftermarket '67 hood. Wheels are off a '67 also. The car still needs some TLC. I have been repairing everything I don't like. It drives and stops straight. If I was to keep the car. I would change out the intake manifold with one that has the PCV valve feeding off the oil filler pipe. The PCV valve is feeding off the back of the engine which is backwards. It does drip some oil into cylinder 6 and 8 because the PCV hose is connected at the right rear of the carburetor. If you have any questions. feel free to email me. I am still enjoying the car. It just turned 113. 00 on the odometer this weekend.
