1936 Ford Phaeton. Antique Collector Car. Vintage Convertible.

<img src="http://ti2. auctiva. com/web/aswCredit. gif" border="0"><br><a href="http://www. auctiva. com/?how=scLnk2" target="_blank"><img src="http://ti2. auctiva. com/images/sc1line2. gif" border="0"></a>1936 Ford Phaeton.  This antique vehicle is in good running mechanical condition.  The motor is the famous flathead Ford V8 and it purrs like a kitten.  The exterior of the car is dark blue (Washington Blue) and in very good condition.  It has a convertible top that is tan in color. functions properly and is in excellent condition.  The chrome is all in very good condition including the wheels with their Ford scripted whitewall tires. The interior is saddle tan with a beautiful wood grained dash. original gauges and a banjo steering wheel. The tan seats are in good condition. but have a few minor scuffs/scratches.  The underside of the car is in very good and solid condition.  The car odometer does not work. so the true mileage of the vehicle is unknown.  The original AM radio is still in the car. but doesn't work at this time.  The car features a newer modern replacement gas tank. and a new period correct battery (stamped as a Ford battery).  The car uses the original 6 volt electrical system.  The car runs and drives great.  It starts quickly and is a very good car for someone who wants a drivable classic.
