2002 Porsche Boxster

So this is my project car I bought last in February of this year.   I have been working on it as time permits. I have a 2 year old and 2 month old.   It is a project.   This car does run and drive. however 2nd gear will not engage. maybe synchros. maybe the gear itself I don't know.  
I got the car from an auction. it had been sitting in a yard in Arkansas.   The cover came off the car and the rear window appeared to have disintegrated. allowing the elements to take a bit of a toll on the interior.   The original interior color was tan. I sourced Black carpet. black seats and black door cards to replace the damaged items.  
I replaced the non working radio with a refurbished unit that also had the aux cable to plug into your phone.  
I replaced the lower idler pulley. it was missing when I got it. found a broken bolt. extracted it. and tapped the hole to clean the threads.
The LCD for the HVAC was bad so I ordered a replacement and that one was defective. so I have another new LCD for it.   The dash is tan and has no cracks at all and after it was wiped down showed no flaws.
I added a short shift kit to it. knowing that these cars torque band is higher in the revs.   I installed brand new shift cables in it just last weekend.  
I had the head lights (Litronics $1600 for replacements) professionally restored at an auto shop.  
There is a brand new front bumper for the car that was painted when I had the headlights done. The original bumper was cracked at the lower air dam for the center mount radiator.  
I installed updated 2003+ Boxster S tail lights.
New windshield seal
New shift nob and boot.
New center caps on the wheel.
New Battery
One Key
Used wind deflector at the base of the windshield. nbsp; The old one was badly discolored from sitting.

So what needs to be done to it?
I found the center radiator will need to be repaired or replaced. its leaking and there's one for $130 on Ebay now.
The new bumper will need to be mounted
Trans will have to be sorted. whether rebuild or source a used one ($1200 - $1500) on Ebay)
I left replacement passenger seat out so it was easier to remove the console to access the shift cables. that will need to be installed as well as the center console.
I replaced the driver and passenger visors to match the new black seats.
The convertible top will need to be replaced. I have already bought a new replacement that will come with it. the motor operates fine.
The passenger window seems to have either come out of alignment or one of the gears in the movement sheared. I don't know as I haven't gotten to it. but that will need attention and then the replacement door card can be installed.
I have a set of new clear turn signals that mount in the front bumper that will go with it and will need to be installed when the bumper is mounted.
Engine covers will have to be put back on.
And I have a set of trunk lights in LED for the front and rear trunks since the one was missing and one was bad.
Lastly sometimes when you turn the key the engine doesn't turn. dash lights up. fuel pump kicks on but no starter. after a few turns of the key it will start just fine. I haven't looked into it further with the exception I did install a new ignition switch in an effort to correct the issue.
The car has a clean Michigan Title in my name. has 104. 00 miles.   I do not know if the IMS has been done but with this being my 2nd 986 and having owned 2 996's. if it hasn't been completed yet and has higher miles its likely a non issue.
I'm aware I am going to take a loss on the car but I found out that my home's foundation is going to need some work. basement is leaking at the wall and floor joint. so I need to get out of the car.
This car completed is a $12000 - $15000 car all day.
