VERY RARE 1958 METEOR  two door hardtop For Sale . nbsp;
Built by Ford Motor Company in Oakville Ontario Canada . nly 730 of these two door hardtop 1958 Victoria Rideau hardtops built in 1958.
Previous owner had this car in Alberta and owned since early nineteen eighties . bought the car from him 5 months ago.
He has stated the 352 c. i. motor with a 410 c. i. air breather has been rebuilt and was installed to replace the 6 cyl. engine that was original in the car !
AUTOMATIC TRANSMISSION APPEARS TO HAVE BEEN UPDATED TO A C6. WE NEED TO RUN LONGER AND GET WARM TO SEE IF TRANNY WILL SHIFT IN ALL GEARS . IT DOES HAVE REVERSE . ut C6 transmiissions were bad for the pump seal and it does leak !
Now the car has not run in three years and we have done a Mechanic "leak down test " and there is low compression in the back four cylinders. nbsp;           either a stuck piston ring or a broken ring. We have Mechanics report after inspection and intake removed . he big block is a 352 c. i. engine stamped on the block . MOTOR  NEEDS TO BE REBUILT!"some called the motor Rare . HE POLICE INTERCEPTOR ENGINE" is 352 c. i. . This has the 410 c. i. air breather only.
Still worth doing a rebuild  on this Rare Meteor !
Price is Fair . f new owner wants to finish. nbsp;           or we can go further and verify Mechanics opinion on the F. E. big block FORD motor 
I purchased this car from Larry with front end removed . e have a pair of excellent used front fenders now installed as in the pictures . Front end has been painted a single stage paint to blend with the body.  
There is more work to be done to make this  a driving car .
Brakeshoes  are more than fine for use . heel cylinders are working fine but the flex [rubber brake] hoses are cracked.  
A professional car appraiser[in pictures] has put a price . s in conditon in pictures. Without being finished at $ 11. 03. 98

Yes i can arrange Transportation either to the border of Unites states. Or you can CONTACT  " U SHIP " with a transportation company . hat can bring the car to your door at your expense.
U SHIP  is a brokerage firm and they use a third party transportation company . ithin Canada and the United States.
If i include transportation to the Border only . i would ask kindly that Half of the money is to be paid upfront by either PAYPAL is fine or Bank to Bank wire transfer (thats safe and secure for both).
I would have to price this cost from a few different transport companies but yes i would include in the reserve price ONLY the costs necessary to get the car to the UNITES STATES border.
the paperwork i have and bill of sale and Appraisal and CLEAN Alberta history on this car . here is no worries getting this car into the States.  
Ther car is fine here. for up to 60   days if you have to make arrangements on transport !
