Dallas Motorsports presents this 1979 Porsche 911 SC Coupe!

This 911 SC Coupe is a fresh arrival to our facility! This SC was originally a California car up until this time last year.

When most people think of an air-cooled 911. the car that comes to mind is typically a Guards Red 911 Coupe. This 911 SC has the vintage look. sound. and feel that you are looking for. We do hold several service records from this 911 SC. The overall look. feel. and sound of this SC Coupe is similar to that of a car with 100k miles on the odometer.

A leakdown and compression test was performed in March of last year at 220k miles. Here are the results of that test:
Cylinder 1: 10%. 140psi Cylinder 2: 10%. 135psi Cylinder 3: 15%. 140psi Cylinder 4: 10%. 140psi Cylinder 5: 10%. 140psi Cylinder 6: 10%. 140psi With excellent leak down and compression number such as these. it can be determined that this 3. 0 Liter is mechanically sound! We also have over 15 years worth of service records that show this has been a well maintained 911 SC Coupe!

I can remember. as a kid. riding around the Dallas area with my Dad in one of his many Porsches naming off the year. make. and model of “any” cool car we saw.   That fueled my obsession with cars very early in life.
