1998 Chevrolet C/K Pickup 1500

(1)  DEPOSIT:  $500 DEPOSIT must be paid by Buyer thru PayPal w/in 24 hours end of sale.  If Buyer backs out of deal. Buyer hereby willingly agrees to forfeit deposit to Seller.   Once FULL PAYMENT is authenticated to Seller. and when the deposit is NOT used as part of the full purchase price. nbsp;Seller agrees to refund deposit via PayPal back to Buyer.   If no contact from Buyer is made w/in 24 hours after sale regarding deposit specified. Seller reserves the right to relist vehicle. sell vehicle to next highest bidder. or sell otherwise.  

(2) FULL PAYMENT OF VEHICLE is required no later than 3 days after the sale ends.   Items will not be available for pickup or shipping until full payment is received and cleared by our local bank.  BUYER has 3 days to pay SELLER in full by OVERNIGHTING PAYMENT of (a) CASHIER'S CHECK. (b) doing a BANK-TO-BANK WIRE TRANSFER of FUNDS or (c) PAYING by CASH IN-PERSON.   NO CREDIT CARD PAYMENT ACCEPTED FOR FULL PAYMENT.

(3) Customer/Buyer is responsible for Transport & Pick-up of vehicle at Seller's location.   Customer has 30 days from end of sale to pick up VEHICLE or to make arrangements w/Seller to have the vehicle stored.  Please contact me if you need more than 30 days for the initial storage before pickup.  

(4) All items are sold AS IS with no warranty of any kind unless specified in the ad. We reserve the right to remove any listing due to a local sale.  We also require that prospective buyer with feedback score of zero to contact us prior to putting in a bid to purchase.  If you are the winning BUYER. nbsp;please be aware that purchasing this item on EBAY AUCTION is a legally binding contract and the copy of the Ebay ad is your bill of sale/contract/purchase agreement. I can include a paper bill of sale should you need.  

(5) Customer pays sales tax and registration in the state they are from. we do not collect it.   Please remember you are bidding on a used vehicle and must understand that there will be normal wear and tear on the vehicle. We have done our best to show (read description and see pictures) you every fault we can find but somethings things may go unseen to us.
