83 Cadillac Deville Original 4.1 Liter V8 Original 4 Speed Automatic Yellow

Here we have. very simply. the finest '83 Cadillac ever offered at Masterpiece Classic Cars.

This example was handed down and jealously protected from one generation of the family to the next. Each driving the Cadillac very sparingly and protecting the car from every hazard possible. From rust proofing when new till the day we collected the car. the past owners served the '83 with distinction.

Beautiful excellent condition Cameo Ivory exterior with elegant brown carriage roof and immaculate brown leather interior. The car has been garaged and covered whenever not in use and as such. the condition is unbelievable. ONLY 19. 02 ORIGINAL MILES. The last owner has signed off on the Title. checking the Actual Mile box. Illinois State also lists a Title transfer in 1990. when the car traded hands inside the original owner s family with miles reported as 8. 43. The car also had an state emissions test in 2003 with miles reported as 17. 00. There was a final state emissions test was 1 year and 8 months later. in 2005. when the miles on the car where just 17. 00. The emissions clerk made an obvious error listing the mileage as 178. 00. (As if our elderly owner would drive the car 161. 00 miles in a little over a year) The clerk incorrectly thought he was looking at a six digit odometer. There will be a slight mark here or a tiny brush touch up there but the Caddy is still an excellent & honest example. The dark brown carriage roof option is likewise in wonderful condition and helps to further set this one apart from the field. The tires are fresh and the whitewalls look so cool around those wire wheel Caddy hubcaps. The rich brown leather interior is immaculate. The car is equipped with a six way power front bench seat set up so three can sit across. The rear seat has seen little use. if any and is as new. Remember this car has a 121 wheelbase. That is a lot of room to stretch out and get comfortable. The AM/FM stereo works well but in the effort of full disclosure. the antenna stays up and the numbers on the screen are only partially displayed. Still. easily this is one of the nicest 83 Coupe Deville s in the country.  

The original engine. in tune with the 4 speed automatic transmission.  pushes the nearly 4. 00 lbs. of American architecture around easily. Many Cadillac enthusiast websites report miles per gallon highway  #'s nicely into the 20's. Now a days luxury cars need to be the size of roller skates to do that well.
