Full Jaguar Service history along with an £8K bill for a brand new engine fitted at 100000 miles. Now showing 145000 miles so the engine has covered just 45000 miles !

Electric windows. electric heated seats with memory. electrically adjustable steering rake and height. autodim mirrors. full climate control with ice cold air con. wide screen colour satellite navigation ( disc missing ). CD autochanger. cruise control. superb stereo system and much more besides

Has just had 4 brand new tyres and the ABS module upgraded for the MOT ( famous fault on these is the ABS module. This has been fixed and I am happy to pass on the info to anyone else who needs it free of charge. It can save you £900 ! )

No warning lights illuminated. no errors and no electrical glitches. Everything works and there are no faults at all with any of the electrical systems or functions.

Mechanically the car is just lovely. it starts and drives completely without any fault at all. I cannot stress enough how well it drives. It feels like a car that has done 25K not 145K miles. It is tight. responsive. ridiculously fast and feels so well planted on the road. No rattles. shakes or irritations. A joy to drive.

The only non original items are the exhaust back boxes which have been replaced with stainless ones. Not those horrible big bore things but proper aftermarket items that look original but give a just audible burble to increase the driving pleasure and thrill.

Interior is free from any rips or tears. There is some wear on the front seats where the colour has rubbed off a bit but these do not have any holes and are not threadbare. They will repair easily and cheaply and look like new. All the walnut dash is good with no scratches and door cards are excellent as are the carpets and genuine Jaguar over mats. Only single issue is a slight crack on the gear knob !

The body work is superb. There is a very light indentation along the drivers door that is not easy to see and will more than likely be repairable by one of those "paintless dent repair" specialists. It has not broken the paint or laquer. Silver seems to glow on this Jag as the curves refract the light. It gives it a much more modern look and I have to admit I keep just staring at it.

So. all this sounds great. If it is that great why am I selling it ?? I bought it on a whim. late at night. from EBay after a bottle of rather nice St Emillion. It had no MOT and was 250 miles away !! Anyway. All was well and I have loved it ever since. However. I have 4 children. I can get three in but the one that sits behind me loses the use of their legs ! I guess I have to get something more sensible for my daily transport.

I have been and am still using the car every day. As such the mileage will rise until sold. For info. it averages 28MPG on a round trip from home ( Near Oulton Park ) to Warrington each day. A good mix of A and B roads and Motorway.

Oh. and I do not wish to claim back my PPI or claim for whiplash from falling from that swing when I was 8.
