2008 Subaru Impreza

Condition: 
Up for sale is a single owner. older adult owned. 2008 Subaru Impreza Wrx Sti  Hatchback. I am selling this for my father who is the original owner. Car has been well taken care of its whole life (Oil changed religiously and all required maintenance has been performed). You are getting a clean example that has been kept 100% stock with the exception of a cobb catted down pipe and a cold air intake. No other modifications have been performed. There are normal signs of use that are to be expected from an almost 10 year old car: small scratches throughout. a couple small door dings. and a few very small rock chips etc. Other cosmetic issues include scratches to the bottom of the front lip. wear and tear to the drivers seat side bolsters (including a very small hole).  I have tried to be as detailed as possible with the pictures and have tried to show any cosmetic flaws both inside and out so please look at all pictures before buying.
History:The car has one accident in its history. A car backed into the passengers side front fender while it was parked in a parking lot. Vehicle was repaired by a USAA insurance authorized dealer. Car was fixed using only genuine Subaru parts. Fender was repaired and the under-carriage splash guard was completely replaced. At this point the decision was made to pay extra out of pocket to also have the hood scoop and rear bumper resprayed in a couple spots that had sun damage to the top coat.  The car experienced ring land failure to one of the cylinders with approximately 11. 00 miles on the car. Paper work will be provided showing that during this time the vehicle was repaired under a "Goodwill Policy" by a local authorized Subaru Dealership. They installed all four brand new pistons and rings. cleaned and honed cylinder bores. replaced all necessary seals and gaskets. reassembled the engine. reset the timing. topped of fluids and assured that the vehicle was operating properly and to factory specifications.  Recent Maintenance:
Besides routine maintenance. such as  oil/ filter changes every 3. 00 miles. paper work will be provided showing replacement of following parts : Power steering pump and associated parts (replaced at roughly 75. 00 miles)Tires and stock Subaru brake pads (replaced at roughly 91. 00 miles)Radiator. upper/ lower hoses. thermostat with gasket. timing belt. tensioner. adjuster. and water pump (all replaced at roughly 95. 00 miles).
