     This Manhattan is unquestionably one of the most unique and wonderful original. un-restored and remarkably well preserved automobiles we have encountered in many years.  The paint. interior trim. chrome. and glass are all original and in an outstanding state of preservation.  This is not to say that the car does not have a certain amount of natural aging and patina.  Please study the photographs.

     The rare one year supercharged Manhattan featured styling by Howard "Dutch" Darrin and Herb Weissinger.  Daring jet-age styling and a stylish greenhouse made these cars a standout in a period of fairly staid competitors. We have seen tremendous growth in the values of the Kaiser Darrin automobiles in the last few years.  It could be argued that an exceptional original car like the one described above may be an even more unique opportunity.
