I was not planning on selling this car. but have been tempted by another.
Built in May 1982 and documented as one family owned since purchased in June 1982 until sold to me earlier this year. This S Pack was apparently a dealer order with the rare Marine Blue paint. Caribbean Blue interior and 4. 1 crossflow . 4 speed combo. It spent most of the time in the country and shows plenty of bulldust in the cracks and crevices. Would certainly benefit from a thorough wash and shampoo both in and out.
The sedan has been lowered using King Springs and then wheel aligned and the manual steering box adjusted. drives real nice now. I have just fitted the sandblasted and painted 12 slots ( 14 x 7 ) and as new 205 and 225 BF Goodrich tyres (this wheel combo alone would cost over $1300 to replace). Original springs and rims are available.
Older repaint on the straight body shows plenty of patina though there is not much body rust at all. Factory S Pac stripes were not redone however a full kit is now available.
Interior is in very good condition with very minor wear on the drivers seat. thanks to sheepskin covers previously fitted.
The car starts up. runs and drives. nd brakes very well considering it has been off the road for a while. It is currently registered and we are clocking up plenty of k's at the moment with no issues. Odometer has stopped. would have exceeded 300. 00km though. but I am unaware of any mechanical faults at all.
