This is a 1971 M151A2 Jeep that was manufactured for the U. S. Military by the Ford Motor Company.  It was a communications jeep in Hawaii during the Vietnam War then it was moved to Nevada where it was completely restored.  It has never been used in a combat zone.  
It was disassembled and media blasted to bare metal. then painted with epoxy primer and green military paint.  The body is uncut.  It was re-assembled with new and original parts to factory specifications. There is no rust anywhere on the body.  The engine was completely rebuilt and there are 400 miles on the rebuild.  The transmission. transfer case and differentials were drained and inspected and the fluid was replaced.  
The radiator and hoses. water pump. batteries. starter. tires. brakes. exhaust system. wiring harness. blinker switch. wheel bearings. fan belts. and steering and suspension parts are new.  Also included are a complete set of manuals. a State of Alaska Title and Registration and a vinyl top and doors.  The title is clear and is transferable to other states.      I purchased it three years ago and shipped it to Alaska where it is now.  I keep it in a heated garage and drive it only in the summer months.  I have never driven it off-road.  It is a big hit in the parades.  Here is your chance to own a piece of military history!  It is by far one of the nicest restored M151's you'll find anywhere.   I am selling it to finance other hobbies.  No trades please.
