Our 1979 Porsche 911 SC features a red exterior paint (paint-to-sample) which contrasts its tan leather interior beautifully. The SC. which stands for “Super Carrera”. is powered by a 3. 0 L flat 6 engine producing 180 HP and 175 lb-ft of torque. It features a 5-speed manual transmission and rear-wheel drive. Its top speed is 140 MPH.

This vehicle has a sunroof. black Fuchs wheels. power windows. a Momo shift knob and more. As with most air-cooled Porsche 911 s. it offers a direct and engaging driving experience and the 911 SC coupe's unmistakable appearance is perfect for any classic Porsche lover.

Ownership History & Maintenance

We have a large collection of service records for the car dating back from May 1989 until very recently. covering 3 previous owners in that time span.

The vehicle was built in March of 1979 we do not have service history for the car from 1979 to 1989. It was owned by a man in Georgia from early 1989 until November 1990.

It was then acquired by a gentleman from Tennessee in November 1990. He enjoyed the car until mid-2001 after which a new owner from Missouri purchased the car. It remained in Missouri from mid-2001 until mid-2013. It was then bought by a man in Quebec in mid-2013 who owned it until early 2017. The vehicle was regularly maintained by its previous owners.

Comes with the driver's manual and many service records (from 1989 until today). US-spec model.
