ESCORT MK2 Zakspeed / RS1800 replica no swap or px

The story. with the car comes a 2 litre zetec. full loom etc and an ST170 which is bare. the V8 has been removed and sold. as i am reliant on other peope l(dont have my own garage) and they are busy i find that it is getting harder to complete the engine changeI have purchased from RF all the parts that are required to fit either of the engines. spent over 1300. hes my new best mate!) i have had a zetec flywheel redrilled and redowelled to accept a type 9 clutch. which is a fast road organic direct from RF. hydraulic clutch conversion. all brackets etc have been purchased from RF to allow the conversion. every thing is there including the type 9 5 speed box. RWD exhaust manifold is present. a set of webber twin 40s jetted is also presentfront chassis legs have had the old mounts removed and there is a set of RF mounts waiting to be welded in. the car is still taxed but the MOT has lapsed. hence why it came off the road for the conversion. I have an A4 folder full of history
In short. all that is now required. i think. is a prop. a stand alone engine management and a cross member for the type 9. might be able to supply a gotec MFI pro 4 which has a provision for a shift light to run the vvti on the ST170 lump but this is not a guarantee.
In short. a perfect car that needs a few bits sourced and you will have an outstanding MK2 once the engine of your choice has been fitted. the 2 litre and the ST170 both come with the sale
