1996 Hummer H1

I am selling my 1996 H1 Hummer.   I have owned it for over 7 years and it's been a great & fun H1 to own.   I only used it on the road and barely drove it.   May have put a few thousand miles per year on it.   Been in law school the last 4 years and now I just need the money to get my law practice started.   I will go above and beyond to help you come see it or to help with shipping.   I bought the H1 from a doctor up north that just collected exotic vehicles and he kept it well maintained.   He said the engine was changed out with a new 6. 5L before he bought it.   Not sure if that was true but I haven't had any issues with it.   Cranks and runs great.   I will list every detail I can to make sure I am being 100% honest with the sale.   I have all the skid pans off right now.   I took them to a painter to get professionally sandblasted and painted and also have a new fuel skid pan that needs to be mounted.   I don't have the time to re-install before the sale.  

I see lots of other H1's that aren't half as nice as mine selling for up to $60k.  I've set the reserve low to move quick.

 I'm located in Hammond. LA which is 1 hour from the New Orleans airport and 1 hour from the Baton Rouge airport if you decide to come see it.

1.   It has the upgraded AC system in it but needs charging. Has a slow leak that lasts about a year.

2.   Remote PMD with heat sink

3.   Predator fold and tumble Back seat.   Paid $1000 for it.   Top quality.

4.   New Goodyear Wrangler tires.   37X12. 5X17  Only 2 or 3 thousand miles on them.

5.   Warn Winch with remote.   Winch works but needs a new cable.   Only used it once but noticed it has some fraying midway on it.

6.   Cruise control works perfectly

7. Power windows and power mirrors all work

8.   Power door looks either need new switches or new motors in door.  

9.   2001 H1 Rims

10.   The tire inflation (CTIS) system is there and functions but I removed the valves from the front tires and installed Schrader valves.   The back tires are still hooked up but both the front and back needs a gasket changed to get it back working properly.   I'll include the original valves if you choose to connect front tires again.  

11.   There is a little paint chipping on the tailgate.   Picture shows it.   No other paint problems.  

12.   Although this H1 is 21 years old with 109. 00 miles. it is a strong vehicle that I would personally trust to drive every day.   I will miss all the attention it brings and the fun my family has had with it but I just need the money.     

13.   Last thing. I get asked a lot what kind of MPG I get in it.   It gets 13-14 mpg consistently.
