Deposits received are non-refundable unless the vehicle has been misrepresented or if the vehicle fails a professional third party inspection. Deposits on vehicles in which the transaction is not completed will be applied to the significant costs of paperwork. title production. relisting fees and loss of productivity.

3-Day Exchange Policy:

That's why we offer a 3-day vehicle exchange program. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase. simply return it in the same condition as when you bought it within 3 days of purchase (driven less than 150 miles) for a full credit which can be applied toward any other vehicle in our inventory.

All sales are subject to a $695 document processing fee. Virginia Gross Receipt tax of . 0020 of the final purchase price. $3 temporary tag fee and $10 online filing fee. The Virginia Gross Receipt is required by law. Virginia residents are required to pay all applicable taxes and title and registration fees. Out of state buyers must pay applicable sales tax and fees for their state of origin
