Authentic  tobacco brown exterior. Original fully cognac leather interior. completely new. Beige convertible cloth top in mint condition. Floor shift automatic transmission. Every available option like the big 3. V8 engine. power windows front and rear. Becker “Europa” Radio with electric antenna and original sound system. the big Behr air conditioning. two middle armrests. tinted windows. crème steering wheel. burl wood equipment. at the window frame recently refinished. Spare wheel brand new. original jack and tool kit. Complete book map USA version with the car.

Fully and accurate restored. Everything works perfectly except the air condition. It  doesn't keep the new refrigerant fluid for a longer time.

The convertible was originally from USA. it comes with an original Florida title. It is a conversion perfectly converted in 1981 with original all new factory parts for the convertible W111 from the Mercedes Benz parts store. So this convertible is absolutely identical with the original cabriolet which came from the german factory.

Was 2008 exported in nice shape from Florida to Germany. The time before the car has been restored technically from the US pre owner. especially engine. transmission and braking system. Since the car has arrived in Germany mainly the body and the whole interior was extensive restored to Mercedes factory standards with a very high quality paintjob 3 years ago. Also the cognac leather upholstery was perfectly renewed. Also the convertible full leather top boot and the carpets. the burlwood equipment and the safety belts with a special sunk in system in the rear side panels. Only I doesn't renew the leather side panels because they were in perfect used condition and I wanted to reserve the nice patina.

Most of the very expensive chrome parts are new like the bumpers front and rear or they are all in great condition.

The white wall tires are nearly new.

All gauges are working as they should. No fluid or oil leaks everywhere. High and constant oil pressure after long Autobahn rides in the summer after stopping the car. perfect working engine and transmission. Ready to ride over long distances as I have done in the last 3 years thru the european  alpes. a great pleasure to drive without any trouble.

Service job was recently done by a master mechanic who is specialized over 40 years in old and classic Mercedes Cars.  At the same time he has renewed all the fluid lines and the exhaust system. Further he has redone the power steering to a like new feeling.

One of the nicest and rarest classic convertible ever built with an unmatchable image. Last year of this legendary W111 series in style of the flatcooler. This beauty looks nearly like new and is in great condition throughout.  It is a rolling investment. Very hard to find a rare classic convertible in this fantastic condition which drives also perfectly like it looks.

The classic Mercedes is still in Germany. Shipping costs from Bremerhaven to NY are about $2000 plus trucking costs. Shipping and trucking Trucking will arranged from my international operating shipping company to any place in USA or Canada.
