You are bidding on a rare 1981 Porsche 911. Guards Red with black interior and has less than 50k ORIGINAL miles. It is has been meticulously maintained its entire life and it shows. First I need to point out a few updates and modifications which include the radio- clearly it has new radio and the original comes with it in a box. Secondly . in October of 2008 the original speedometer was re[placed with one that reads 160mph instead of the 85mph orginal. that was done at D. C. Racing and development in Dallas Texas ( have reciept and mileage statement). The original speedometer comes with it as well.   A couple of other modifications done at that time included A/C 134 upgrage with an auxillary condenser mounted in front of the rear wheel on the drivers side ( pictured) which makes the A/C actually work. even in the Texas heat! Finally- cam chain tensionors and guards were installed and lastly- the pop off valve UPDATE for the airbox.   All work was completed by in late 2008 by the same shop and that was with just over 45k miles. All the equipment operates exactly or better than designed with careful attention to detail with all the workmanship. NO known issues!

 

It runs and drives  just as it appears. ready to go to the next owner who hopefully will maintain its pedigree.

 

  The exterior has been well maintained and is in good condition with all original paint with the small exception of the front valence and bumper. however. there is no previous collision repair. Top is in perfect shape especially for its age. Not one door ding that I could find and all the badges are original. Doors open and close smoothly as do the front bonnet and rear deck lid. just as it should. All the glass - front and rear appear to be original.

Underneath the hood you will find all original equipment  that comes with the spare tire.

The interior is in excellent condition! Only the front seat covers were replaced due to age. the rest of it is exactly as you see it! Its just  that nice and well cared for with no cracks or peeling of any kind.

 

NOTE: I AM NOT THE CURRENT OWNER OF THIS CAR- I AM SELLING IT FOR ITS CURRENT OWNER WHO HAS OWNED IT SINCE 2008. THE CAR IS IN MY POSESSION AND AT MY DEALERSHIP IN DALLAS TEXAS. TITLE WILL BE PROVIDED WITH CLEAR FUNDS.
