Bottom line: This is an incredibly fast. great handling. smooth as silk 914 that deserves to wear it's Porsche front hood crest. Professionally built. Fully sorted. It simply does whatever you ask of it in true Porsche fashion. I personally guarantee that your heart will beat nearly out of your chest the first time you pull from 3000-7000 RPM in third gear! I am not kidding. it IS scary fast! By the same token. my grandmother could drive this car. The factory fuel injection makes it completely civil to drive around town. Owning this car all these years. building the car of my dreams while staying true to the Porsche heritage. has been a tremendous source of pride for me. I have never taken it out for a drive and not had someone comment on how beautiful it is. Stop at a light and people just have to yell at me. "great car! what year is it?"  "nice Porsche!".
