1990 AMERICAN MILITARY HMMWV HUMMER H1 AM GENERAL M998

ITEM:M998 HMMWV on private corporate title/registration in New Orleans. LA. USA. Rebuilt 2015. Engine upgrade 2006 by US Army Depot. Approx 6. 00 miles on new 6. 5L GEP Optimiser engine. Acquired by corporation for movie production fleet and restored to original show quality. Every bolt visible was replaced with grade 8 or stainless as required. Most everything replaced as common stock HMMWV's are 30 years old. Just about everything is new. Stripped. sanded. and painted in appropriate military 383 Green (Rapco xylene solvent base). Callipers. differentials. geared hubs. TH400 transmission. NP 218 transfer case. etc have all been rebuilt. New instrument panel with all new gauges plus battery solar charger. New arctic kit top with 4 kevlar hard doors in near new shape. Whole truck ~1 year old and has weathered hard Louisiana rains and blistering heat. Still looks brand new! Darwin or NT/WA shouldn't be a problem.  
Note: easier to mention what has not been replaced than replaced. Only thing I can think of to finish restoration to 'new' is cooler stack and steering gear/hydro-boost and hoses. Can source for you and replace or just toss in the back of truck prior to shipment.

WAY too time consuming to do a restoration as this!! These don't come up often. or ever. Especially overseas!! Not regularly engaged in HMMWV sales. After seeing what poor shape HMMWV's sell for in AU. happy to source you an unrestored one though! LOL! Not going to restore to this condition however. Amount of man hours is too massive. Sorry :(

GST 10% unless it can import as another option. Something to discuss with AU infrastructure. Antique left hand vehicle. may be GST free under a special category. Suggest you ask.  Luxury Tax only above $64. 32. Happy to take off something which would meet criteria. Can always invoice or freight other items later/separate. Freight from States to Australia estimate ~approx 5k

PROCESS:Agree to purchase. Pay 1k deposit to hold. Apply for import permit ~30 day wait.  US export and AU import. Can arrange export licence (military vehicles require export approval) and freight to shipping terminal.
NOTE:Not regularly engaged in HMMWV sales. Selling off excess stock. Not interested in sales to Nigeria et al. Will not waste time with scammers. Will not send anywhere prior to payment clearance. Have plenty of feedback over a decade. I would hope you do as well :)
