I am pleased to offer my personal 1963 Alfa Romeo 1600 Normale spider for sale. Vin Number is AR 372823 / engine no AR 00112 04611.    I have just completed an extensive. no expense spared. restoration of over three years. Every aspect and component has been restored to new condition. Engine. trans. clutch. suspension front and rear with new Koni shocks and lowering springs from Centerline. brakes. fuel system. rebuilt original Solex carb. cooling system water pump and radiator are new. starter and generator rebuilt. exhaust system and coated cast headers. all gauges and cable drives. driveshaft. motor mounts etc. Tires are new Vredesteins and restored Fergat wheels (5). interior pan and dash. upholstery and carpeting mats and new Stayfast top.  seat frames rebuilt with new foam . webbing and powdercoated. All chrome and stainless is re-plated/polished to show quality.  New windshield and seals.  powdercoated top frame. new rubber seals thu-out. new Marchal period correct French headlamps. all new NOS lenses. The body was stripped and walnut blasted to bare steel and the few areas of corrosion were repaired (Tig welded steel) then epoxy primed and the the laser straight black body was perfected. 4 PPG black solvent base coats were applied with 6 coats of PPG clear. block sanded flat and highly polished to a show finish.  All panels fit well and line up better than original.  I have receipts for over $65. 00. 00 plus my time of of over 1000 hours plus the original purchase price. This is a California black plate car coming here to California soon after it was imported in late September 17th 1963 to Alfa Romeo in Newark. NJ. I have documentation from the historical dept at Alfa Romeo ( per Marco Fazio ) stating the engine is correct and the year of build.
