We are a used vehicle dealer. We do not have new cars. Please understand that this car is not new. It is USED! And as such it will likely have imperfections that will distinguish it from a new car. Some people will only like “perfect” cars. Those cars can only be purchased at your local new car dealer. What we offer here is newer cars with decent mileage at prices that you would be bragging about to your friends. Having said that. no tire kickers will be tolerated. Any and all non paying bidders will be reported to e-bay and all three credit bureaus. You are not bidding to look at the car. You are bidding to buy the car. As stated in the e-bay rules when you signed up with e-bay. you are required by law to complete this transaction as are we to deliver this vehicle. We guarantee our descriptions. This car will look like in person exactly like in the pictures. We do not alter the pictures in any way shape or form. We have a spotless reputation here on e-bay and every intention to keep it that way.

Fees & Taxes
The total amount due is the high bid. listing fee plus our VERY LOW DOCUMENTATION FEE $50 and a $14 title processing fee. then your sales tax for again residents of Idaho (rate varies by county of residence). Any other residents will pay their sales tax when registering in auto in their residency as their own responsibility.   Any Pay Pal Fees for transaction of any winning item are also the buyer's responsibility.

Basic Terms and Conditions
Winning bidder must contact us within 24 hours of auction end. and make arrangements for payment at that time. A $500. 00 deposit is due within 24 hours of end of auction. The remainder is due within 4 days of auction end. If no contact is made within 24 hours we reserve the right to re-list the vehicle. sell it to the next high bidder. or sell it otherwise. Please arrange financing prior to bidding.

Buyer is responsible for pickup or shipping of this vehicle. and we will help you under these guidelines if at all possible – for your conveniences. and comfort to receiving your Vehicle successfully. We have shipped cars with trusting. bonded. insured transport companies in the past and can certainly help you schedule them for your possible needs. (FYI – The transport company we use is usually just under or at $1. 00 per mile estimated costs example. )
If you are not sure about something. please ask! Do not assume anything not listed is included. We reserve the right to cancel bids for excessive negative feedback. We reserve the right to end the listing if the vehicle is no longer available for sale.

No allowance or set aside will be made on account of any incorrectness. imperfection. defect or damage. It is the responsibility of the buyer to have thoroughly inspected the vehicle and to have satisfied himself or herself as to the condition and value and to bid based upon that judgment solely. If an existing or advertised warranty is presently covered by another company other than ours. then any of these warranties are covered solely through that company and not our own.

Furthermore. any Idaho State residents that plan to register in Idaho will have their title processed through the local Department of Motor Vehicles and any buyer in either State must have their paperwork closed and signed at dealership location. unless you plan to arrange transport from a distance – then the power of attorney paperwork faxed and the title can be mailed for your convenience (If you chose to do so. ).
