You are bidding on an awesome 1964 1/2 Ford Mustang Convertible D-Code 289 -4V. 1964 was the first year of the Mustang and this little beauty is #116509.  She is in great shape and is ready to show. I call her Miss Judy.  Named after the Generals wife.   She  is celebrating her 50th year in existence soon and still looks and runs great. A very smooth ride. The interior is almost flawless. Exterior is rust free.  This car appears to have had a very pampered life. If you are into the Mustang Heritage. then this is the car for you. The convertible top is white and works great. There are two small holes in the back of the rag top but other than that the car is great. Tires are at 95% tread with original mustang wheel covers. The underneath is also clean and in awesome shape. The radio is an after market AM/FM CD Player with pioneer speakers. The Chrome on the car is in great condition. There is a small ding on the chrome piece around the windshield. All the gages. lights. cigarette lighter. horn. etc. work. Great Car !!! I purchased this car because it is a true 64 1/2 model with the V-8 and in great shape and I thought it would be great to own the first Mustang. However. I just don't have the time to drive it and show her off the way she deserves. The previous owner was an Air Force General and he had the car for twenty years. I've had the car for two years and have always kept it in the garage and have never driven it in any wet weather condition. Sorry. but I am unfamiliar with her first twenty-years. I do know that the General purchased the car in Oklahoma. This Car is priced to sell. It is worth much more than the starting price. Good Luck bidding on Miss Judy !!!       VIN# 5F08D116509
