Up for sale is my 2014 F56 Cooper S. I purchased this car from MINI Steven's Creek in September 2014. Car drives. looks. feels like new.  
Car is not driven anymore and is ready to go to new owner. All aspects of the car's performance are fantastic. The shifter. clutch. brake. steering feel just as they did when I drove it off the lot. Interior is immaculate and is smoke and pet free. Car has been taken care of and the condition shows.  Few light scratches on the rear bumper. otherwise the car is great.

My Mini has been serviced every 6 months at Mini Steven's Creek (San Jose. CA) or Mini SF and I have all the records with me.

36K miles. manual 6-speed transmission. leatherette seats and OEM 17' Black Cosmos Spoke wheels with safety locks. Very fun car for commute or pleasure.

Important: With the car. I bought an extension of warranty/performance package. valid until September 2021 (I have records for that). Anything wrong with the car. as well as maintenance or regular check-ups are all covered until that date with any authorized MINI dealer. You will not spend a dollar more. for anything. MINI will also give you a courtesy car for the time your car is serviced. for free.

Car title is lien. since there is a small portion of the car to be paid to Stanford Federal Credit Union (I am a Stanford University employee).
Upon purchase of the car. I will sign a written document in which I release liability and ownership to the new Buyer and commit to pay the loan off the moment the new buyer pays me. The bank will mail the pink slip directly to the new Buyer in 10 days or so (according to the bank rep).
Very straightforward.
