Up for sale is my 1952 Ford F-1 Pickup which i imported in 2009. It has had new brake cylinders. shoes and a master cylinder. New suspension and steering bushes. all new rubbers and a new windscreen. MOT & Tax Exempt. Engine starts first time. does not smoke. but does have a slight squeak from the bottom pulley. this Pickup is totally original with one owner from new. i have found out the history of it and i am friends with the great granddaughter of the original purchaser on facebook! It came from Montana with no rot. just surface rust. I have lacquered the body. totally rewired it with 12v alternator and LED lighting inside original lights. when you turn off the key. the entire vehicle is dead. I have done around 3000 miles in it since i put it on the road in April 2012. Engine is an 8RT 24 stud 3. 9L Ford Flathead V8 with 4 speed crash box and electronic ignition. It cruises along at 55-60 all day and doesn't overheat. I cannot prove but believe it to be original mileage as everything is in good condition. It has the deluxe cab with a bigger rear window as standard and loud original twin horns.
New -rubbers. bushes. wiring. lighting. shock absorbers. reconditioned springs. steering joints. Oak bed and strips. front windscreen. buff leather bench seat. sunvisors. floor mat. door cards. electronic ignition.
this vehicle is in 99% working order. The fuel sender needs replacing. that is all.

Wherever you go. it draws attention and is a real head turner. People say it looks like Mater from Disney's 'Cars' and you certainly don't see them very often

Please note that this vehicle is totally original with no power steering. drum brakes and double de clutch. I think it would be a shame to restore it as i have never seen one in this condition.
