1967 Corvette L71 Coupe

You are viewing a very original low mile Tri Power coupe with a highly desirable color combination.   The car has 58. 86 original miles with lots of originality.   The car has been driven approximately 1K miles in the last 15 years.  The current owner bought the car 8 years ago in 2005.   Some known history on the car from Western Washington State.   No protecto plate or tank sticker.   The car runs and drives excellent.   The car has been discussed in detail with Nolan Adams regarding originality.     

Please read on for more particulars of the car:

Body/Paint:  The body is in good overall condition with a few small cracks as well as the drivers side rear quarter repaired at one time in the past.   The paint is Marlboro Maroon single stage laquar with some signs of aging along with a few small chips in various places.   The repaint was applied 20 plus years ago and is very presentable.   Very little crazing on the paint only on the top peak of the rear fenders and the rear end at the body line.   Body tag numbers are available with pictures.       

Interior:  The interior is very original with possibly the headliner replaced in perfect condition.   Minor ware in areas with the carpet showing small signs of ware and fading.   Overall very nice and acceptable.   Gauges look very clear and show detail.   Original clock and radio work as they should.     

Running Gear:  Original 427 block 3904351 with a casting date of A 67.   Deck stamp T0II3JE with matching 7122370 VIN to car. Correct 840 rectangle port heads.   Correct #4374 intake with correct carbs.   Carb numbers are available and can be discussed by calling.   #199844 starter. Alternator # 110091 with 0J15 date and correct exhaust manifolds.   The car did not come with a TI ignition with no signs of the distributor being replaced.   This was one subject discussed with Nolan Adams.   4 Speed Muncie with Muncie date P0929 and casting # 3885010 for the case and #3857584 for the tail housing.   621 bell housing.     

Suspension:  F41 option. Bilstein shocks. mostly original and unrestored with correct sway bars.

Exhaust:  Side pipes are not original to the car as far as I know in good operational condition.   Correct exhaust manifolds.  

Glass:  All glass original to the car with windshield replaced in very good overall condition.  

Bright work:  Looks very nice with some small signs of ware and very presentable.

Brakes:  Good operational condition and original to the car.  

Wheels/Tires:  Wheels are after market and are not original.   Tires are in good condition  205/75-15 radials redline Cokers.     

Summary:  The car represents a very clean honest original car that has been taken care of over the years.   Not perfect. but very nice survivor.   The car is priced reasonably so don't let this rare piece of Corvette history pass you buy.   I have over 200 pictures of the car so please contact me and provide your email address if you would like additional pictures.
