1960 Cadillac DeVille Flat Top Sedan De Ville

UPDATED: Second posting 2/2/17 4100 visits on my fb page. 2211 visits on the first time ebay post with 43 watchers. This is one very cool car. dont miss out. Located 25 miles north of Denver. CO. I have dropped the price $2200.
This car was warehouse stored for 25 years. We had it towed it to our shop and started the process of getting it running. It runs very smooth. the engine and transmission are in excellent shape. it shifts well and has all the power. starts right up. no leaks. shifts-brakes-turns smoothly. The car comes with the original 1959-1960 shop service manual.  
This is some of the steps we took to get it running. Hand turn engine over and oil from the top down. Performed two oil and filter changes. Replaced leaking valve cover gaskets. hard and brittle. Changed transmission oil and rear seal. Removed gas tank and cleaned. rebuild original Rochester carburator. replaced fuel pump and filter. fuel sending unit. fuel lines and clamps.  Repair fuel sending unit and gauge issue. road tested and is working. I will add more gas now.   Replaced front sway bar outer links and bushings. Replaced 3 u-joints. that really smoothed out the ride. Repaired wiring to electric front seat. Drained coolant. replaced upper and lower radiator hoses. replaced thermostat. gasket. coolant and cap.  
Drain and fill rear differential. replaced pinion seal. Drain and fill power steering. adjusted belt and added Lucas power steering additive. Clean and lubed. adjust front wheel bearings. Lubed all fittings. Inspected all brakes. wheel cylinders were good. reused all parts. cleaned and lubed all original brake hardware. adjust and bleed brakes twice. Clean and gap newer spark plugs. set dwell and timing for altitiude. Replaced air filter and air filter box gasket. Service wiper motor. lube armature braring. lube wiper screw drive. clean and file wiper stop points set. New battery and tested generator. output is good and the car starts right up. Purchased and balanced 4 new tires. original spare is good. Fitted all hubcaps. There are other numerous small items we have done. The trunk is in great shape. front fender turn signals work. visors good and hold position. back seat is in excellent conditoin. rear door cig lighters and ash trays in place. headliner in excellent shape. all glass is great except drives door window glass. wing windows good. trunk light works. spare old but holds air. drivers outside mirror works great. rear view mirror excellent-holds position. left front fender outside chrome piece in trunk. solid exhaust-4 mufflers-no rattles or leaks. gas cap door good. cabin fan and controls good.
Ok. heres the short list. What it needs is: alignment. pulls slightly to the leftfront seat upholstry/drivers side shotelectric door locks in-op. Radio hums. antenna does not goe up. drivers door window glass was cracked when I recieved the carnew paint. my research says this car should be two toned to match the steering wheel. The body is in great condition. very minor issues. no rust holes or hail damage.  Great Body. Chrome is in excellent condition. inside and out. Grille is amazing.
