For sale in our Chicago showroom is low mileage 1975 Oldsmobile Delta 88 Convertible. By the mid 1970's the convertibles were being discontinued throughout the American manufacturers and sadly 1975 saw the last year of both the full size Buick Lesabre and Oldsmobile Delta 88. Advertisements at the time touted future collectability so many of these became prized and adored by their loving caretakers and this one is no exception.

Having spent most of it's life until recently in Florida. this gorgeous Spectre Blue cruiser has been driven just 27. 70 miles since new and looks better than most 20. 00 mile cars on the road today. The paint is believed to be all original as is the snow white interior with matching white power convertible top that operates easily with just the press of a button. This beauty came very well equipped and features power steering. power brakes. power windows. a power convertible top and Oldsmobile deluxe wire wheel covers. From top to bottom this car is just stunning and the chrome trim. side molding. bumper ends and fender guards all appear in excellent condition as does the "Regan for President" bumper sticker that the seller is including at no extra charge.

Under that long hood you will find the original 350 Cubic Inch Rocket V8 that starts very easily with just a slight turn of the key and purrs right to life. At idle this engine is so smooth you could almost forget that it is running. That V8 is mated to the popular and reliable THM 400 - 3-speed automatic transmission that shifts through gears just as smooth as silk.
