(Rear End)-Dana 60  (built & assembled by Moser. narrowed 6". 31 spline axles. 4. 10 ring/pinion. and Brute Strength posi-traction differential)-New 11" disc brakes-NOS aluminum finned cover-Heavy duty adjustable shock absorber crossmember-New 2" arched springs (moved inboard on frame). Calvert aluminum bushings. spring hangers. u-bolts. perches. and adjustable rear sliders-New Calvert racing 'Caltrack' bars-New 15x8 chrome reverse wheels and 28" x 9. 00 Cheater Slicks
Drivetrain-Fresh1965 Chevy 327 (cylinders bored . 040" over. crank ground . 010" under. balanced)-New rings. bearings. gaskets. oil pan. etc. . etc. -Flat top pistons. GM 58cc aluminum heads. . 019" head gaskets (i believe it's roughly 10. 2 to 1 compression)-Weiand aluminum water pump-Z20 Isky solid lifter camshaft (grind # 201020: . 448" lift . 268* duration. 222*@050)-Vertex Magneto (fresh from Pat Mason) with advance; new solid core wires & rajah ends-New hi-torque mini starter-1967 Chevrolet valve covers & air cleaner-Edelbrock C3B dual plan intake manifold; 600 Holley vacuum secondary carburetor-Fenderwell headers (with slip-on/bolt-on collectors); new turbo mufflers-Lakewood scattershield (2 piece. removable bottom); new mounts-New flywheel. 11" clutch. pressure plate. disc. throw-out fork. bearing. z-bar. linkage. nbsp;etc. -Muncie wide ratio 4 speed (100 miles on fresh rebuild)-Hurst super shifter with reverse lock-out; racing linkage with heims-New Southwest speed driveshaft-New Speedway motor mounts
The 1st pic shows it during assembly; the last pic shows it in the paint booth last year; color is plum crazy w/ metal flake. I've put roughly 100 miles on this car.
There is no windshield wiper motor (or wipers); these were removed due to clearance for the vertex mag. There is also no cigarette lighter. heater control. or clock (they are factory delete) (see pics)
Unfortunately. I've run out of time to finish this car. The only things remaining are:
-installation of the headliner (included)-installation of the rear interior trim (included)-installation of the rear windows (included)-installation of remaining beltline trim (included)-installation of rear floor mat (not included)-installation of front blinker & headlight buckets/wiring (not included)-final front end alignment and clutch adjustment
The starting bid is less than 1/2 the money invested in the restoration. I encourage anyone mildly interested in this car to come see it in person.
