1979 Porsche 911 911 SC Super Carrera Cabriolet

This beautiful all-steel. slant-nosed. wide-bodied. whale-tailed classic is a period-perfect conversion.  

Recently tuned 3. 2-liter Carrera motor runs and sounds great. Model 915/63 5-speed manual transmission shifts well. Rust-free body. No oil leaks. Matching numbers. The car was restored in 2011. when it earned a salvage title. which was due to interior and exterior vandalism. Odometer shows 44. 57 miles. but the car's total mileage and the number of miles on the 3. 2 motor are unknown.

KNOWN ISSUES

This classic. 37-year-old Porsche has many high points. but is not perfect:

·  There are a few small tears and other imperfections in the interior

·  Some rubber molding and seals need replacing

·  It could use a fresh carpet kit

·  Heating and air conditioning components (which are included) need to be installed

·  Clock. oil-level gauge. speedometer. passenger window. wipers and driving lights not working

·  Front tires worn out
