1967 Ford Mustang

1967 Mustang  coupe with factory 289. T5 5 speed manual transmission and air conditioning!Total restoration  was done about 4 years ago and the car has been sitting a lot in the last 3 years.

Exterior-  completely rust free body and all undercarriage- I have had a few of these mustangs and this one is super solid. Paint is about 4 years old - shows well- minimal scratches . nothing major anywhere.  Chrome and bright work are in good to excellent shape. Glass is all good and Windows go up and down as they should. Wheels are 15" ford magnums - center caps are new - but wheels are older and have some slight pitting . some areas where the chrome has flaked.  They look great from 10' but show some age upon close up.  They are presentable. Just not perfect. Tires are new BF Goodrich TA radials .
Interior- very nice all black interior- no cracks . rips. tears . New dash and gauge carrier. new radio. new door panels. new headliner. etc. doors open and close very nice. all gauges work. all lights work. A/C blows cold- reastat blower control in the factory vent controls.
Motor- rebuilt 289 - 4 years ago - about 4000 miles on it since then. Headers. edelbrock intake . 4 barrel carb. Dual exhaust that sounds great. Brand new battery.  Late model 90's T5 5 speed manual trans with new clutch .
Suspension- all front end new components. control arms. springs . bushings etc.  nice ride and no sounds or rubbing. Front disc brakes .
This is a great looking . fun driving car that can be taken anywhere . It is not perfect and I have described it to the best of my ability . I encourage inspection of the car and it can be seen on appointment in jax fl.  Please feel free to ask any questions- I will be glad to text any photos of any particular area you would like to see.
These items are the negatives- Wheels show some age. vent Windows show some pitting on the inside. carpet has a cut just in front of the driver seat. It can not be seen unless you stick your head down and look for it. There are 2 strange . very small places in the paint. I have included photos.  They are very hard to see unless you get the right angle. But I want to disclose all I know of.
Again- not a concours car. but super nice and a blast to drive. Hard to find them this solid and rust free. Car is for sale locally and I reserve the right to end the auction at any time.  Please come see it or send your inspector - you will not be disappointed !Deposit die within 48 hours of end of auction.
