Up for sale is this 1964 Impala SS.  This is an engine number matching car.  The engine is a 327 that has been rebuilt by the previous owner.  He put high performance parts in it and it sounds great!  Concerning the interior: We installed bucket seats from a 1978 Nissan Z to give the car a sporty look and also to keep our heads from touching the roof of the car.  The factory seats were too tall.  The rear sear seat has alligator tails on it.  We also installed a 14 speaker surround system.  It sounds like a concert in the car.  The paint job was done by one of our painters and he said that he is willing to repaint the car for the buyer for $3. 00.  But patterns and airbrush murals will cost extra.  NOT TOO MANY SELLERS CAN OFFER A PAINT JOB WITH THEIR CAR!!!!  We drive this car 2-3 times a week.  It's not perfect as in show room condition but we enjoy it.  This isn't a car that you will need to work on for 3-5 years before you can enjoy it.  This car will only take a few weeks to customize to suit your tastes.  We never replaced the speedometer cable. turn signal switch. chrome vent on the dash. weatherstripping. lighter. glove box lock and glove box insert.  The chrome taillight covers and power-steering pump are in the trunk.
