64 1/2 Mustang runs and drives needs complete restoration or a great parts car.   Probably not the original engine as the air cleaner and the VIN indicate a 289 4V engine but what's in the car has a two barrel carb on it.   It appears to be either a 289 or 302 but I'm uncertain how to tell the difference or if there even is a way to tell without taking the engine apart.
