THIS MESSERSCHMITT HAS SOME AMAZING HISTORY TO GO WITH IT .  

IT IS A MID PRODUCTION 2A MODEL MESSERSCHMITT KR-175 .  
THERE ARE ONLY ABOUT 100 OF THESE CARS KNOWN IN EXISTENCE 
FAR FEWER OF THAT NUMBER ARE OPERATIONAL ! 

THIS CAR STILL WEARS THE ORIGINAL DEALER EMBLEM FROM 
FRANKFURT . GERMANY ( I HAVE NOT SEEN ANOTHER ON ANYONE'S CAR ) 
IT ALSO STILL WEARS A CHROME "D" HOME COUNTRY INSIGNIA FROM WHEN 
IT TOURED EUROPE IN THE MID 50's .  

THIS NUMBERS MATCHING CAR HAS ONE-PIECE UPHOLSTERY . nbsp;
NARROW REAR SEAT AND IT's ORIGINAL LUGGAGE RACK .  

IT WAS MOST LIKELY BROUGHT TO THE USA BY A RETURNING SERVICEMAN 
STATIONED IN GERMANY . IT HAS BEEN MISSING IT's DOME SINCE THE EARLY 70's .  
IT WAS ORIGINALLY BLACK . REPAINTED YELLOW . THEN REPAINTED RED .  

THIS CAR IS COMPLETELY FUNCTIONAL . IT STARTS . RUNS . DRIVES & STOPS .  
LIGHTS . WIPER . HORN . SIGNALS . SPEEDOMETER & ODOMETER ALL WORK .  

THE TRANSMISSION SHIFTS UP & DOWN SMOOTHLY THROUGH ALL GEARS .  
NEUTRAL SELECTOR & TWIST GRIP THROTTLE HAVE NEW CABLES 
AND WORK CRISP & SMOOTHLY . DRIVE CHAIN IS NEW AS WELL .  

THE SUSPENSION FRONT & REAR WAS REBUILT WITH NEW PARTS FROM GERMANY .  
THERE ARE SOME SPARES TO GO WITH THE CAR INCLUDING A SPARE ENGINE .  
IT HAS A CLEAR IOWA TITLE AND A NEAR MINT ORIGINAL OWNER's MANUAL .

One is a 1965 R50/2 and a 1964 R69S/2 motorcycle... To tempt you with and make a deal... Have information and mechanic logs on all done since my ownership...
I use to own and Isetta (would love one of those also) and wish to be back in that world... I am just selfish for myself and not for any profit...
