1970 Oldsmobile 442 W30 coupe. This one is RARE and special. Let's start with its one owner from new fully documented low miles of only 63. 68. But what's really special about this car is that it is 100% ALL ORIGINAL. A totally non-molested example of a top dog 442 W30. With it being 1 of ONLY 1. 42 W30 cars ever produced. It is equipped with the big bad 455 mated to the His and Hers dual gate automatic transmission. Let's take it a step further as it is finished in Azure Blue over blue colored interior. a very very rare color that was ONLY offered in the year 1970 for the Oldsmobile 442 line. But why stop there. this car is documented from day one with its Protect-O-Plate. original window sticker. broadcast sheet as well as it's extremely rare to see both production sheets A and B as well as original owner's manual. car shipping dealer's order form. service book and state inspection report. A fully original matching numbers from head to toe FULLY documented car that leaves no questions. When ordered new and delivered new from Parkway Motors in Kentucky it was fully loaded with options including. W-Machine package. turbo 400 Hydra-Matic transmission. posi-traction rear end. four seasons air conditioning. Soft-Ray tinted windshield and windows. Vari-Ratio power steering. front disc brakes. wide oval raised white letter tires. Super Stock II wheels. custom sport steering wheel. Chrome Door Edge Guards (still on the car today!). deluxe push button stereo radio with 8 track stereo tape player. sports style dual outside mirrors. front and rear floor mats. rear window defogger. sports center console. dual gate shifter. Rocket Rally Pac. Strato bucket seats. floor carpeting. chrome roof drip moldings. Deluxe Interior package AND something we've never seen before. a W30 WITH vinyl roof top covering in Dark Blue at an additional cost of $102. 16.     We went through the car from top to bottom in our service department. We found NO body damage and found paint is still 100% original in extremely good condition. The interior is EXCEPTIONAL in its condition and ALL ORIGINAL as well. We performed a full service. inclusive of all fluids. filters. brake flush. coolant flush. transmission and rear diff flush.  We found the A/C not working and replaced a bad check valve and a new full re-charge of the good R12 stuff and it blows cold as ice now. We found the transmission to have a slip in it at second gear. Our ASE certified transmission shop provided a rebuilt torque converter. bearing kit. pump. solenoid. NOS hi-performance parts with all new seals and gear oil. At the same time the rear leaking pinion seal was replaced as well. We then continued and re-packed all wheel bearings. lubed the entire chassis. replaced rear brake cylinders that were leaking. New valve cover gaskets due to slight oil leak and a leaking power steering pressure line. To keep this wonderful car in tip-top shape we replaced all four shocks with new ones as well as fresh tires. balance and alignment. It drives like it should. balanced. FAST and great as when it left the factory floor. A GM Heritage Collection certified vehicle.   What more could an Oldsmobile collector want. it's all here. RARE. one owner. fully documented in excellent condition both in-and-out cosmetically. as well as mechanically. A car with only one place to go. UP in value as it's truly a only once all original car!
