1969 AMC JAVELIN 390

Washington State

You are looking at a real 1969 AMC 390 4 speed car. This is not a clone!!! This is the original set up as the VIN number is correct for a 390/4 Speed. She was born in Colorado and was sent here in 2010 by a couple who owned her for around 10 years. THEY DID A LOT OF WORK TO MAKE THIS CAR AN EXCITING DRIVER and worthy of the car show routine.

THe 390 was rebuilt ten years ago and was bored out to a 403 and now has around 365 HP. She shifts just fine and really moves. This car was built for shows and Sunday cruises. I am not exact on the miles on the rebuild but looking at how clean the manifolds are I assume it is well under 10k. She sure runs like it. The Dinamax exhaust makes for an excellent sound.

If this was a Mustang Fastback "S Code" with the 390 and 4 speed. it would easily be a 30k car.

The body is void of rust and is very straight. She was repainted her orignal Bittersweet Orange Metallic paint and it looks real nice with tons of shine. A few imperfections but no bubbles. dents or dings.

The interior is in like new condition. The seats. carpet and door panels are nice. The dash is excellent with some after market gauges. Not much to say other then you will like it.

The motor was bored out to a 403 and now has around 365 HP.   She skoots! The power is ridiculous on this car with a real nice throaty sound from Dinamax exhaust. The brakes are in very good condition and the tires are at 90%. Turn key and go!

 About Us

Hi there!

I am Sean Bryan. Owner of Seattle Classic Cars. I am very thankful to live here in the North West where you will find some of the best Classic Cars in the World. I have been selling on eBay since 2002 and Classic Cars since 2004. I started my career by selling Porsche 928's on eBay only because I loved the car and I founnd a niche there. In 2004 I tried my hand at American Classics and the rest is history. I really enjoy what I do. I meet great people. make life long friends and now I am traveling the world meeting long time clients and enjoying life.

I try my best to SELL THE RIGHT CARS TO THE RIGHT PEOPLE! So I start with good #3 or #2 to make my job easier. Most of my cars need a few things but all of them are easy to work with. I avoid cars that have been beat up. tired or need major work.   I prefer to talk with a prospective buyer to better understand what he or she is looking for. This keeps my deals happy.

Please read my long history on my feedback page. I have sold over 800 cars and have a long history of happy customers. NO DOC FEE's!

Hello there! I tried calling the number listed but seems to be out of service. My Dad was entertaining the idea of getting this for my Mom, as it was a car she had in her teen years (she’s now 70). Just wanted to know, how much you charge to ship to VA?
