Classic Austin Mini Clubman (1275 GT) looking for a good home.

I have owned this beautiful machine for just over two years and it has brought a huge amount of pleasure however. the garage space it is stored in is needed for other purposes.  

The vehicle features a rare. original sunroof and the blue paintwork (re-sprayed by previous owner) is in good condition. as is the body work and seals. The car is in full working order. reliable and quick for its age. The interior features the original beige upholstery however. the driver and passenger seats are well worn and in need of repair (these are currently protected by temporary seat covers).   

All recent services (last completed May 2012). repairs and restoration work have been completed by a specialist mechanic (Dean's Minis of Soham). This has included replacement brake and choke cables (January 2011) and a new clutch (December 2011)

A detailed ownership and service history is also provided. along with British Layland Workshop and Haynes manuals. This vehicle will be advertised elsewhere and the listing will be removed once the sale is completed.
