California car. I imported the car from the state of California in September 2015 after owning and driving the car in California for 2 years.  Passed U. S. smog in 2014 prior to shipping. U. K. Mot until August 2017.
All relevant import duties and taxes have been paid. The engine and transmission are very strong. Very clean straight body. good paint. no visible rust. I have recently spent a lot of money on the car renewing the following items. Tyres. water pump. radiator. distributor. coil. brake pads. brake booster. catalytic converters. thermostat. headlight motor bearings. door seals. wiper blades. alternator. The seats have been recovered. new Corvette rugs. the headlights. tail lights also rear fog light have been modified for the U. K. M. O. T. test. The top is removable and stores in the back of the car.  Wheels have been upgraded to Corvette C5 specs and are chrome. This is the great classic Chevrolet Corvette. a real American sports car. incredibly fast. not for the faint hearted or novice driver. this thing flies. it is great fun to drive. a real eye catcher. always starts a conversation when parked. These cars are rare in the U. K. and are already appreciating in value. it should prove to be a good investment. I am prepared to deliver the car to any shipper. or city at the purchasers cost.
