1967 Austin Mini Moke Rare Very Original for sale

This Austin Mini Moke was previously owned by Don Racine of Mini Mania. The first 4 pictures are how we bought it in about 2009 and it looks just the same today. It has a clear Washington State title and collector plates.   The rear seats and side curtains were removed and placed into storage for safe keeping and we have an additional top. pic 14 shows the rear seats (our Newfy Lucas not included). A removable wood box/platform was built with a hinging top for storage of tools and etc. then concealed with a rubber mat. This can all be removed in minutes and seats put back . This Moke has always been stored indoors when not in use. It has not suffered any accidents or other damage while with us. Don told us that the paint. interior. and most of the vehicle are original.   Don changed out the engine and transmission to a 970S CooperS motor & gear box with a Whipple super charger designed by him.   This was his personal little commuter and race machine so it has quite a history. The disc brake conversion was done at Mini Mania prior to our ownership. We also have a couple books to go with it. Everything works and it runs great. The odometer shows 39. 00 and we've put maybe three hundred miles on it since purchasing it.   It is a blast to drive! We originally purchased the Moke to take it to an island when we retire but the island we chose will not allow us to bring it in so we are regrettably putting it up for sale. If additional pictures are needed. please ask and we will provide them.   I spoke to Don Racine of Mini Mania today so if you'd like to ask him about this Moke. I believe he'd be happy to speak to you. This car is also listed locally and on other websites and it is our prerogative to pull this listing if necessary.
