Completely new genuine Mintex brakes shoes and genuine Delphi cylinders all round and rear drums and 11" front skimmed drums. new brake pipes including rubber flexes and copper pipes and unions. The master cylinder is from a discovery to give the Land Rover better brakes for the more powerful engine. it is also fitted with a new servo from a Discovery so stops better than ever. All new suspension including new spring and chassis bushes. all round Armstrong shockers. new check straps and 4 new parabolic springs. The axles have been fitted with 200Tdi 10 spline discovery high ratio diffs.
The lights are all new including the headlights and interior lights. Also the front to rear wiring loom that runs through the chassis is new. And many more parts throughout including seals. stainless steel nut and bolts. mirror inside and out and electrical switches.
It has been built it for everyday use and comfort for the driver. without effecting the classic look to much inside and looks as standard as possible on the outside.    The engine was removed from a 1995 Discovery 1. it still has its turbo and intercooler. When the engine was removed it had done 103. 00 miles. It was fitted with a new head gasket. cam belt. water pump. front and rear crank seals. new serpentine belt tensioner and belt. new p gasket and a new lift pump. The engine is perfect for this Land Rover as it starts and runs perfectly. pulls well and will sit at 65-70 mph comfortably whilst achieving 30 miles per gallon with ease.  ​An amazing Series 3!! All in all this is the best Series Land Rover i have been lucky enough to have driven. It will undoubtedly last for ever with absolutely no rust issues to worry about. What makes this extra special is it really is an every day driver with absolutely nothing at all to do.
