** Ford Sportsman convertibles were produced by Ford Motor Company between 1946 and 1947 a few being titled as 1948 models. In my mind the most Iconic Post War Vehicle ever built!
 

I completed this Sportsman tribute earlier this year. I have never used her. took two years to build. Spectacular.   Started with a Beautiful 1947 Ford Super Deluxe Convertible. installed Oak and Sapele Mahogany wood around these beautiful curves. Once the Wood was completed (12 months later) Next a Custom Convertible top was made for her so that the top would hug against the wood (Factory correct look). the finest Leather hides were picked out three matching hides in soft Chocolate brown with French Seams (Exactly like a Sportsman)   This vehicle has been completed by some of the Best in the Business "Bob Kennedy completed the Dash and Window Frames ($6000). The Blind Man Stitch completed all Convertible top and Interior.
