Vehicle Pickup & Shipping General Terms

All of the vehicles we list on eBay are for sale locally. We reserve the right to end an auction early.  

Deposit: We require a $500 deposit within 48 hours of winning the auction. Please call to make arrangements for payment. Payment Types: Cash in person. Certified Funds. Institutional Financing All sales transactions must be completed within 7 calendar days of auction close.

We reserve the right to end this listing at any time should the vehicle no longer be available for sale.

Payment Terms:

The successful high bidder will submit a $500 non-refundable deposit within 2 business days of the close of the auction to secure the vehicle.   Buyer agrees to pay remaining balance due (plus applicable fees + taxes) within 7 days of the close of the auction. All financial transwactions must be completed before delivery of the vehicle.

Payment Methods:

Cash (in person). Certified Check. Bank Wire Transfer or 3rd Party Financing.

Shipping:

We help with the logitstics of shipping your car right to you garage!  We work with fully insured. VIP enclosed carriers that are best-suited to properly deliver your new car!  The cost of shipping is your responsibility but we will schedule the transport and keep your informed as to when you can expect your car to arrive.

Fees and Taxes

Out of state buyers are not charged tax. title. or license but are responsible for the documentation fee. The customer is responsible for registering the vehicle in their home state. You will receive 30-day in-transit tags.

Out of state buyers are responsible for all state. county. city taxes and fees. as well as title/registration fees in their state of residence.   A $210 title transfer. document fee applies to winning bid.   EAG wil issue a 45-day temporary tag for vehicle transit during the title process.
